Awesome little documentary on Scraper Bikes. Part of an online doc series called California is a Place. I don’t know much about it, but I’m definitely going to look deeper into it when I don’t have to get up and do something.
The year after I graduated from high school, I returned to Albany High to see the film festival for the video production class. When the music video for Scraper Bike (a must see) came on, the whole theater went nuts. I’ve been a fan ever since.
It’s great to see Baby Champ (King of the scraper bikes, girl you know) is still doing his thing with his eyes on making it into a larger, positive thing for the community. Nice!
